The terms on which April provides membership and bookings.

Membership is open to adults aged 30 and over who pass our identity verification and are accepted following a private review. We may decline any application at our discretion, and we are not obliged to give a reason.
April provides non-sexual social companionship and event plus-one attendance at public occasions. The service is for company, social ease and light evening planning only.
All bookings take place in public venues. First bookings never begin in a private home or hotel room. We do not attend bookings that breach this requirement.
April is strictly non-sexual. No booking includes, implies or permits intimacy, sexual activity, or any "girlfriend experience", sugar arrangement or escort service. Any attempt to solicit such conduct will end the booking and may end membership.
Each booking has an agreed date, time, venue, service and fee, confirmed in advance. Full fees are payable in advance through approved methods. We do not accept cash or anonymous bookings. Bookings have a defined start and finish time.
If you need to change or cancel a booking, please tell us as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you. Cancellation charges may apply depending on the notice given; the applicable terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Members agree to treat companions with respect, to refrain from sexual requests or pressure, to avoid drug use or heavy intoxication during bookings, and to honour agreed timings and boundaries. Our full expectations are set out on our Safety & Boundaries page.
We reserve the right to decline any application or booking, and to end a booking or membership immediately, where our boundaries are crossed, where conduct is aggressive, intimidating or unsafe, or where fees are not paid. Companions may decline or end any booking without penalty.
Companion safety takes priority at all times. We operate a zero-tolerance approach to harassment, threats, stalking or abuse, and in serious cases may share information with venues or relevant authorities.
April provides social companionship for public events and does not provide care, medical, advisory or regulated services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant booking. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
